Guests can enjoy a private tour of the capital’s world-famous festive lighting

This year, the famous streets of London are shining with festive lights, including the traditional "Christmas spirit" display on Regent Street.

In 1954, 300,000 LED lights dazzled Londoners for the first time, and since then inspired other festival displays in the city, which are now well-known worldwide.

Although many people may like to visit these beautiful exhibitions on foot, visitors can choose to take the iconic black taxi to comfortably experience the charm of the festival.

Many taxi companies, including The London City Bus Tours, provide private tours for visitors to enjoy the scenery with friends or family.

The company offers a three-hour private tour in London’s official black taxi with a professional driver to act as your driver and tour guide at night.

The taxi can accommodate up to 5 people, the tour can be personalized, and guests have many opportunities to stop and walk a short distance, take some photos of the experience, and even enjoy some refreshments along the way.

The tour starts at 4pm, and the time is up to the guests. Groups can even bring a bottle of sparkling stuff.

The driver will pick up guests in central London and then tour the city’s famous landmarks, from Regent Street to the London Eye, Bond Street, Waterloo, Mayfair, Fortnum Mason and Covent Garden.

It will showcase the city’s most spectacular lights, including the giant Christmas tree in Trafalgar Square, the iconic marble arch and the magical window display of the famous Harrods department store.

At the end of the tour, guests can get off the bus at any point in central London, which may be a good time to stop at one of the city’s award-winning restaurants, high-end cocktail bars or even the theatre in the West End.
